Foster Law Firm Expands Claims Management Product Line

Charleston, WV - The Foster Law Firm has expanded its Claims Management product line. The new service will include reviewing and analyzing Medical Negligence Claims against clients for a very competitive flat fee.

The new service includes an initial client interview by an attorney; the joint review of your insured's medical records by an attorney and a certified legal nurse consultant; the creation of a medical timeline prepared by a certified legal nurse; and an attorney-prepared initial review letter.

The Legal Nurse Consultant certification is achieved by individuals who meet specific eligibility requirements, including licensure, education, and experience.

"We believe we are the first law firm in the region to provide the claims management service with the benefit of both a certified legal nurse and attorney," said William "Bill" Foster, CEO.

Foster says that since the assessment is completed by an attorney, the review affords the client with the benefit of the attorney-client privilege.
